The US supreme Court has just announced that it will hear Bush's appeal arguing that the selective multiple hand recounts which are conducted in some Florida counties violates the US Constitution.
That is good news, at least to a degree. A few days ago I thought that Bush shouldn't push the legal angle too far because it would diminish his presidency. But, after watching the Gore team in action, anything that Bush does with his attorneys pales in comparison. It's time to fight.
