US Supreme Court stops recount!

It's true!!! The Supremes come through again!!!!!
On another front, I understand that the Florida legislature has bumped up the time table for selecting Bush electors to monday. Let's hope that they do indeed do it!!! This will end the circus.

the length of time this is taking is allowing the socialists to spin this in the media in such a way as to continue to beat up the republicans.......so the socialist spinmeisters will have the country believing that the election was rigged by the republicans and the courts were packed by the republicans and the election was stolen from algore............I would sure like to see the republicans in the senate and house come out to support bush in his effort and show a house unified......the socialists are all over the media and we have the same spokesman .......ah well....fubsy.

One talking head on Fox this a.m. was bemoaning the fact that the Supremes acted too hastily and "dimished themselves". Brit Hume replied that if they waited until Gore was ahead by 100 votes or so and then stopped the counting, the Dems would be whining "FIX!" for the next four years.

To my mind, "They done good".
