US Revolver Top Break 38 S&W manufacture date

I'm new to the forum and my first topic is to determine the approximate manufacture date of my US Revolver Company 38 S&W top break hammer revolver. The serial number beneath the grip is C85862. It's a 5-shot in mint condition with a 3 1/4" barrel. Any help would be appreciated. Mahalo from the Big Island of Hawaii.
 
I THINK that the US Revolver Company line of handguns was offered between about 1910 and the beginning of World War II.

It was a "value line" for the Iver Johnson compay.

Narrowing it down to a specific year is likely impossible given that IJ has been in and out of business a number of times.
