Upward Pressure and Bullet Weight

So today, because I am an idiot, I was able to note an interesting phenomena:

When erratically imposing light upward pressure (and I do not care to humiliate myself anymore by telling how) on the HEAVY 6.5x55 BARREL of my Blaser, with 108 grain bullets, groups opened up from 5 shot less than 3/4 inch to shotgun groups averaging 1.5"

139s in the same caliber were not affected.

Interesting

I did some shooting yesterday with my 22lr, I was at 50yrds and fired some groups with the gun resting on a bag, and them some groups straight afterwards using a clip on bi pod which attaches to the barrel.
The groups with the bi pod were consistently about 4 inches higher, using three different types of ammo.

The amazing thing was it seemed to be more accurate with the bi pod to.

Physics is a fascinating.

Id be humiliated using a led sled for a .22 like some folks I know:p
