Upgrading from my SAR B6P, ideas?

I'm selling my SAR B6P and looking to upgrade at least a little bit with my next purchase. I have a Taurus PT111 G2 so that I have a compact for when I get my CCL, so carry is not a concern with my upcoming purchase. Here's my must haves, strong preferences, and stuff that would be nice to have:

Max budget is $450, would prefer less.

MUST HAVES
-Reliable
-Recoil friendly (My B6P is pretty good, so basically nothing worse than that)
-Manual Safety (I just prefer to have one, I'm aware the best safety is keeping my booger hook off the bang switch, just a personal preference)

STRONG PREFERENCES
-DA/SA trigger (I really like my B6P)
-Relatively cheap magazines ($30 and under)
-Steel frame (I'd be OK with polymer or alloy, but I'd like a heavier gun than my B6P to reduce recoil a bit)
-Full size frame
-Good customer service

NICE TO HAVE
-Rail for mounting a weapon light, if I decide to eventually
-Inexpensive caliber (9mm would be great since I already have it, but I'm willing to branch out)
-Adjustable sights
-Decent aftermarket

So far, I'm considering a CZ P-09 (mags are expensive though and it is polymer), Tristar P120 (not much aftermarket) or one of the less expensive 1911's out there (no rails). None obviously hit all my desires but all seem like good investments from what I've read.

Oh, and NO GLOCKS. I don't like the ergonomics and as stated like a manual safety.

Something like a Canik Shark-FC hits all your criteria except likely for customer service. Not that I know Canik customer service is poor, but that Canik doesn't have a well established representative in the US. Being a CZ 75 clone (Walt would probably insist on calling it a pattern gun), you may be able to get excellent aftermarket service from the small network of CZ smiths, and reliability of CZs and their clones makes buying one putting you in low likelihood of needing warranty service anyway. But, with the Sarsilmaz you are trading in you already at least kind of know this.

Get the P-120. Kentucky Gun Works has tons of aftermarket stuff. The CZ's are nice but why go frome one polymer to another? The P-120 is about the only gun I can think of that fits your want list and budget. I have the T-120 with an alloy frame and I love it. If you want heavier though go for the P-120.

That's what I'm thinking. Also thinking I'll pay a little extra and go through Bud's and pay the $20 for their lifetime warranty. Gives me a little peace of mind as far as Customer Service goes

"Kentucky Gun Works" - that might be Cajun Gun Works which has aftermarket parts.

Curious, how was the SARB6P for you, in comparison to the Taurus PT111?
Trigger, accuracy (very relative I know)?

FWIW, I'm very new to shooting handguns so my opinion probably doesn't mean much. But, even being very new to handgun shooting I was able to keep most shots within the 7 ring on a B27 target, which is very good for me

My father in law, who is a much more experienced shooter, wants to buy one after shooting it once.

The trigger is good I think. The DA is HEAVY, but that's to be expected. The SA has a little take up but isn't mushy at all at the break.

DA/SA, I knew what you meant, haha.

I'm kinda thinking about the S-120 now, just because it's like $40 cheaper and the main difference is not having the rails. The more I think about it, the rail isn't a big deal and I'd like to keep the gun with a more "classic" look. Thinking I'd probably pick up some nice wood grips if I get a P-120 or S-120.

Do you have any experience with the CGW upgrades? I'm not much of a gunsmith. I replaced the trigger on my AR-15 not too long ago and that's about as complicated as I've gotten.

Yeah. I got some springs that lightened the trigger pull in DA and SA a bit. I'm probably less of a smith than you and I muddled through it with some reading on the CZ boards CZ clone forum.

I love the grips I got but unfortunately I can't find the guy in Thailand that was selling them on Ebay.
