I recently searched the reloading threads for information for Barnes lead free (XPB) load data for the .44 Mag. The Barnes manual only lists data for Enforcer and AA#9, reference,

I sent an E-mail to Barnes and I received a response for more loads involving other powders for the .44 Mag, i.e. 2400, H110/W296, etc.

I received the following load data from Barnes:

I hope I downloaded the Adobe PDF properly.

The way I interpret the load data, these lighter and longer bullets don't seem to benefit much from slow magnum powders. I'm guessing the longer bullets don't leave enough case space for the kind of charge you would see on jacketed lead bullets of the same weights.

Unfortunately I am stuck in Northern California for many years till my girls graduate. The Liberal State of Commiefornia outlawed lead in any hunting bullets that goes into effect from now till 2019 depending on the area.

I like to hunt with my .44 Mag SBH. It's going to be expensive to develop a load with the Barnes XPB lead free at $1.00 per bullet!

Imposter this for reference for anyone needing this data.
