I just came back from the show and picked up a couple of nick-knacks...
Two of them were, what I believe are cylinders for 1851 Navy's.
They were brand new, but sold as is. Can't complain for the price...
My problem is, these are unmarked- not a proofmark or anything.
A friend had a Uberti Navy with him, but it doesn't quite work right.
My question is, were any makers known for not marking cylinders?
When I get home, I'll try it on my Piettas.
