Unknown shotgun

Ithaca's were made in N.Y. and would be clearly marked if it were an Ithaca. Take the barrels off and you may find proofs or other identifying markings on the water table.

Shotgun serial number is 73XX markings are so light that little is readable. Taking the shotgun apart only exposes the serial number.

Looks pretty generic. The stock looks like it is a replacement or poorly fitted. Definitely not an Ithaca.

Unknown shotgun- I found it!

Thanks Senior Members! I found it on the internet! It is the "Chicago Long Range Wonder" made in 1909 by Andrew Fyrberg and Sons manufacturing. It was sold thru Sears as a 2 blade Damascus for $21.75! A wealthymans gun for the ordinary person!
