Unions.....

Well, it looks like the unions gave the election to Gore. I think it's time to really screw them over. I was about to buy a US-made truck, but I think I'll buy one FOREIGN-MADE!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING UNION MADE!!!! PUT THE LOSERS ON UNEMPLOYMENT !!!!

They will get what they deserve, Gore will open up the southern border. Then every freakin illegal hispanic and other nationalities will pour into the US and destroy our economy.

The unions were infiltrated by the communists
many many years ago, they will never change
until they are disbanded.

Unions memberships are a classic example of what a sheeple mentality exhibits, the inability to think for themselves.

Everytime those dumba**es lose work or are laid off they blame the company.

What they are unwillng to except is the fact that they are to blame for their own hardships.

Hey guys,
I am in a union. I am not a dumbass, lazy or a sheep. I can also think for myself. I voted for G. W. Bush for president and have always been politically conservative. I don't feel you can stereotype union people anymore than anyone else. I know a lot of gun owning, conservative, hard working union people, who also vote as I do.
Thanks for your consideration,

Jim,

I'm glad that there are some of you out there. Keep the faith.

I was saddened to see people from the carpenters' union, the millwrights, UAW, etc., working outside the polls en masse in 3 hour shifts( a paid holiday, too), while I held a sign(an took a vacation day to do it) for 13 hours and urged others to vote for a pro-gun candidate. The union workers were passing out Democratic literature and handouts the entire day. They were well organized and had two good looking gals in a Ryder van bring them regular refreshments. They were a force. Perhaps election day should be a national holiday, or we're going to get our butts kicked in unionized states like Michigan.

I'm glad that you're not one of those sheep. My union shooting buddies don't follow the pied piper, either. Some people can think for themselves.

Whenever a democrap does something that screws over the people, we non-democraps should tell the democraps that we know, that it is their fault that it occurred. They voted for the democraps and they are to fault for what they do. We must NEVER let them forget that they voted for the wrong person. This would also be a good time to try to convert them to the Republican party.

I am a Union Member who Also Voted for Bush..and also there are a lot of other members that feel the same way...unfortunately our union leadership has fallen to the dems...I can't help that...but I also don't think it's fair to bash all the Union people..after all...there are I think only about 4 million Union members in the US now and nearly 49,000,000 vote were cast for Gore, so you better start finding someone else to blame.....

Unions poured money and organization into the D*mnocrats. Most union members voted at union direction. To HADES with the unions!!!

Thanks George. You have opened my eyes to the realization that I must be in the wrong forum.

Well george, I must agree with the fact that I hate that the Unions gave Money to the Democraps..but the problem I saw (while trying to persuade my union Brothers to vote for Bush)..Which I was able to do on many accounts..was that Al Gore told the Union Leadership exactly what they wanted to hear and George bush really did'nt dispute what he said...so..I think Bush Should have tried to address Big Labor and maybe we would'nt be in this mess...
you must realize that the Members of the Union are just like the members of the Public...Just people trying to make a living...looking to their Leadership for Guidance..and yes ..some are mindless robots that believe anything you tell them...But as I said Earlier..49,000,000 Votes were cast for Gore...and 4,000,000 Union members...
And Also Up North if you noticed..Us Southerners are able to think for ourselves

Grrrrr,
Right about now the last things we need are divisions over topics like this. It wasn't the unions, bussed blacks, Miami jews, or little old widows enamoured with "the kiss" that handed Gore so many votes. It was the middle of the road people that didn't get out and hand votes to Bush. If you want to throw stones at someone, find a non-voter and crucify their a$$.

Information might be found here about having the political portion of your union dues directed towards a cause of your choice, or refunded to you.

I haven't looked at the site, just heard about it on talk radio.

Hope it helps.
