What has been particularly interesting about the ports question is the way WSJ conservatives have grabbed and employed the rhetoric of the cultural Marxists, who are real conservatives' number one public enemy. One right-wing columnist after another has picked up the "Islamophobia" word, happily employing the vocabulary and frame of reference of the PC Left. How can they do that? As the street would say, "It's easy, hon. Pimps ain't got no principles."
The same Left-Right unholy alliance is what keeps our borders open to millions of illegal immigrants, our stores filled with products made in Third World countries and our police unable to profile on the basis of real indicators. In other words, it leaves America a doormat on which the rest of the world is invited to wipe its feet.
What do you think?
Find it hard to disagree.....
Also I read where 500,000 turned out in California to protest illegal immigration measures.
My solution: build the fence all the way to the border of Arizona and California and up the west border of Arizona for about 100 miles. Make sure we provide rest stations with water and a place to purchase food along the fence all the way to California.
