Unbelievable Customer Service

I was having problems with my Gempro 250. On Oct 11 I sent it back to the company for warranty repair. I sent it Priority Mail. According to the tracking number it made it to Phoenix AZ by the 14th. It went out for delivery on the 14th to the company but has not been delivered yet. I called the company 2 times to see if it was delivered yet and was told they didn't get it. I was prepared to start making phone calls to the post office to try to track it down. But I didn't have to. The girl on the phone said that they will ship me a new one. I was amazed that she just said don't worry I will send you a new one. One of the best customer service policies I had ever experienced.

Hi,

Similar experience I had with Pietta Italy as well.

My SAA 1873 Pietta (Heritage) 357 mag 5.5" revolver was starting to loose screws and springs due to loosening all kinds of screws.

I wrote Heritage. No Response whatsoever.
I contacted Pietta (the gun is supposed to be made by Pietta for Heritage USA) and promptly they agreed to send me an complete spare kit (which I requested).
Heritage at least did not even bother to answer my request. (I feared already they would start to Play "Volleyball"- e.g. throwing the "hot potato" to each other in order to avoid responsability).

They (Pietta) told me they sent it but nothing showed up till date. We'll see if Piettas "unbelievable customer Services" is how it sounds.
We'll know for sure when the package arrives.

some guys will believe anything if a pretty voice says it
(don't ask me how I know but in my case it worked out well)
