I love how stupid some people are, and how they try to spread their flaw to other people. You tube has among the largest collection of morons and idiots on the internet.
Imagine how many people have taken his advice. Think of the new guy that finds out he can get a cool looking, reliable and cheap 9x18 for half the price of a 9x19.
You know you might be able to do the same thing with a .38 Super (especiall if the bore is a little loose) and really blow the thing up. What a maroon as Bugs Bunny would say.
My friend at work said that she needed some ammo for her 9mm, and I was going to supply her some Ranger 9mm for home defense, and I asked her what kinda pistol it was and she's like, 'A 9mm makeroff." I asked her, 'Is it a Makarov?', and she's says, 'Yeah, a 9 'x' 18.' 'You mean a 9 by 18 right?' 'Yeah, a 9 eks 18.' So I told her to just stick with her .38 Special and load them with plus P's, and she's like, 'Good, because I hate this pistol anyways...'
I'd comsidered getting a PA-63 at the last gun show. A dealer had a boatload of very nice, almost new guns for $149. After seeing that it shoots while out of battery, and reading a few other very derogatory comments, I think I'll pass.
Perfect example of the dangers of the internet. Spreading ideas like this is like the government owning car compan...Yeah, that's too crazy. That would never happen.
Another example of the old "just because you can, doesn't mean you should" truism.
Then there's the Youtube video about making black powder which has the guy mixing the ingredients by shaking them together, by hand, in a glass jar.
Sigh.
