Umm, what is this?

A co worker brought in these pics, hoping I could tell her something about it but I'm at a loss. Unfortunately the pics aren't as detailed as I had hoped. Grip has London Armoury Co. on it and it looks like that is also marked above the trigger guard on the left. Right side is hard to make out, looks like "Kerr's" patent and 96 95. Any help would be great.

Not the slightest idea. I have seen them go from $1100 to $3000 or $4000 depending on condition.
