Ultracell?

Anyone have any experience with the Ultracell 12ga shotguns. They look like Ithaca M37 knockoffs. I've seen them for $115.00. I understand that these are not quality firearms, but the question is: HOW BAD ARE THEY?. I was looking for something to stow behind the seat of my truck. This is my first post, by the way. :)
 
Considering you can pick up a used 870, 1300, or 500 for well under $200, I'd rather have a beater gun I KNOW where I can get parts for, then some unknown knock off. Sometimes cheap is just too cheap.
