Aquiring UTM rounds isn't the issue...simply the legality of owning them. Unfortunately, even if I owned them..it wouldn't do me much good unless I knew others who owned them as well. And in addition to the UTM rounds..you also need the bolt to fire them. Thank you for your response though. I wished to make sure that I wasn't in violation of any edicts.
