I just recently picked up a taylor and co uberti .45 colt and had a few gift cards for gander mountain so I picked up a set of dies and the only swc 45s I could get from them which happens to be 200 grain and I'm gonna be getting some cci large pistol primers. I have some imr 4350 and some h380 powder can I use these to make up some loads or do I need to go out and get some titegroup or other powder?

imr 4350 and some h380 powder...
are medium/heavy rifle powders, and waaaay too slow for pistol use of any kind.

For a 200 grain/45Colt load, use any of these (and a good reloading manual):
Alliant BULLSEYE
Accurate No.2
Hodgdon Universal
Winchester 231
Hodgdon HP38
Hodgdon TiteGroup

If those are actually 45 ACP bullets, I would wait. You should be looking for 250-255 grain with a crimp groove.

In standard 45 Colt, Trailboss sets the standard for me. To challenge my Blackhawk I use a stouter load of True Blue. My Uberto El Patron only gets the Trailboss, but that is near max and not a let's-play-cowboy load.

I too, would wait on using those bullets. First, they may be 200 LSWC for the 45 ACP (a good target bullet for my 1911s), and second, make sure your lever gun will feed SWC bullets (mine don't without "special" loading)...

Okaaaayyyy..... those are FULL wadcutters/hollowbase. (Ain't nuthin' :semi" about`em at all)
Gander Mtn ought to lock its neck up and back on that one.

You aren't going to find any load data for a Hollowbase/Full wadcutter for a 45 Colt in any manual that I know of. Were you in Virginia, I'd walk you through using a QuickLoad-derived calculation with a fully set-back 200gr SWC, but not unless I were setting it up first using a BlackHawk and a chronograph. (That hollow base makes even more interesting as load calcuations have to taken into account the increased powder-space volume over that of a solid projectile. This would make for an empirically-based/trial & error final load.)

So NOW I'm going to agree w/ the other folks about waiting until you can get some standard 250gr "Cowboy" type bullets w/ crimp groove

I picked up some titegroup today and some cci large pistol primers(hopefully these are right) I believe the bullets I ordered are the ones pictured on midways site but won't know till they get here as I said before I appreciate all the comments and knowledge because I am new to loading and don't want to blow up my new pistol. I've only loaded 270 and 300wsm up to this point and I always go by my nosler loading manual.

Can't do that patsky. They bullets came in and they are flat base swc with kind of knurled sides I belive they are going to work looks like I'm gonna try 5 grains of titegroup first and work my way up to 7.5 max and see what feels/shoots the best

No I was going to pick those up if these were full wad cutters with the hollow base like you had mentioned but they must have just had a generic picture up
