Does anyone have any insight on this revolver? It is a Ruger 44 Bisley, but the hammer, cylinder, trigger, trigger guard, loading gate, and grip frame are stainless, and the cylinder frame and barrel are blued. I bought this gun used around 1990. I have tried to find out if it was a special production run, but Ruger did not have any additional information to give. I am just trying to satisfy my curiosity. thanks in advance.

I believe I have seen a picture of one before. If I remember correctly the finish was beautiful (almost nickle polished and the blue was deep and very polished.)

Can you post a picture?

here it is. The gun came with a scope base and rings, and I bought a Leupold scope for it

Bisley parts are all steel, I think its a conversion made out of an Accusport Bisley since those are the only source of satin stainless Bisley parts untill the the Hunter model came out. I could be wrong though.
