WHEREAS:
On February 21, 1787, the Congress adopted a resolution in favor of a convention to develop a Constitution for the United States, and
WHEREAS:
Said Constitution was prepared and agreed upon on September 17, 1787, and
WHEREAS:
This Constitution was ratified by the conventions of the several states by July 26, 1788, and
WHEREAS:
The operations of the Government of the United States commenced on March 4, 1789, and
WHEREAS:
The first ten Amendments to the Constitution of the United States were proposed to the legislatures of the several states by the First Congress on September 25, 1789, and
WHEREAS:
Ratification of the first ten Amendments was completed on December 15, 1791, and
WHEREAS:
These first ten Amendments assumed the force of law, and
WHEREAS:
It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to accede to the Constitution as its governing directive,
NOW THEREFORE:
Do we the People of the United States of America demand the immediate implementation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, and
THEREFORE:
Do we the People of the United States of America demand immediate abrogation of any and all State and Federal Laws which impinge on the right of the People of the United States of America to keep and bear arms to ensure the security of the United States of America, and of the Citizens, individually and collectively, thereof, and
THEREFORE:
Do we, the People of the United States remind the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States (Hereinafter referred to as the Congress) that the representatives elected to the August Bodies may be replaced by election, if they do not fairly represent the citizens they were elected to serve.
