Two of my revolvers

Okay, I have never been able to display images of my own until now thanks to my new camera on my cell phone. Here are two...er actually three of my revolvers.
My favorite and personal carry weapon, the prewar Colt Official Police from 1944, a 6 inch S&W Highway Patrolman from 1976 and a postwar Colt Official Police from 1961:

How nice a couple of oldies but goodies. Be carefull with that Colt I dont think its +p rated.

Oh you can see them? I sent this thread to a friend last night and, like Silvanus, he could see only X marks as though the pictures wouldn't come up.
He said it was because the URL was from AOL and only AOL (or AOHell) customers can see it.
Are you an AOL user?

Actually, that gun is +P rated. I've had several threads about that very point. All Official Police revolvers made from 1940 forward (some say the Depression era forward) were rated by Colt back then to handle any .38 special round of the day including the .38/44 which, so I'm told, is hotter than the +P round today. Colt certified gunsmiths of Pittsburg Handgun Headquarters have also confirmed that that gun can handle +P rounds (but advised not to "give it a steady diet" as it will wear it out if overdone)
I carry +P in it for defense and occasionally shoot a couple at the range, but mostly shoot regular .38 Special rounds in it.

Here is another picture of the 1944 Colt OP:

SHOOT!!! (no pun intended) I am not a computer or internet technohead but how do you set up a URL that everyone can see? Or better yet, is there a way to cut and paste pictures of my own to the forum? Why is a URL address required?

Picture posting
