TVM Flintlock

I've shot in-lines for years, and recently have become interested in flintlocks.

The TVM Tennessee rifle in .45 cal looks like a fun place to start, but I need to decide on barrels: TVM has their own brand, or for the same money will build it using a Green Mt barrel. Does anyone have experience with the TVM barrels vs. Green Mt?

My brother has a TVM Lancaster styled .54 flinter. I believe it has a TVM barrel, and is a good shooter. TVM makes very nice rifles and I plan on getting one of my own at some point.
