Turnaround time from Wilson

I sent back my KZ for a failure to feed problem.The man I spoke to said they would look at it as soon as it arrived.Does anyone have any experience with their customer service?What is their turnaround time?

Wilson Turnaround.....

My limited experience.....Wilson's warrnty turnaround is EXTREMELY fast. They turned the one pistol I sent back in just a couple of days shop time. I shocked me when it was back to me that quick.

BTW, I LOVE my KZ-45.

Thanks Will.I love mine tonly problem is that it chokes on their recommended ammo.

I'm sure their turnaround time varies quite a bit, but when I used them it was about 3 weeks.
