Tumbling

No, I don't tumble anything after loading. But, I only tumble brass to clean it, not make it shiny or pretty.

No, not after loading. I do tumble them in liquid bullet lube before loading. (I'm not quite sure what you are talking about.)

Have started throwing them back into the tumbler mostly to clean the excess lube from the bullets. They come out really clean. The only thing is it kind of darkens the boollit to a dark grey.

Why are you removing lube? What constitutes excess? What type boolit and what are you planning on doing with it? Not quite sure I understand.
If you're tumbling the loaded cartridges after loading I don't think it's necessary or even a good idea. The boolit may pick up some grit und use it to "polish" your bore. I usually wipe off my rifle rounds but it doesn't take but a few seconds, part of the inspection process.

Nothing is sticking to them but they do take on a grey hue. I dont feel any grit on them and they do come out nice and clean without wiping them.
