Need Info on Tulsa gunshow, 3rd week on October. Has anyone purchased firearms there that is not from OK??

Out of staters can buy guns here in Ok at gun shows, at least long guns. One of my friends regularly visits me partly just to go to gun shows. We have lots of them, and usually plenty of people selling their private collections.

Yes, I have bought guns there and am not an Oklahoma resident.

I was there 4 months ago and was told that i could buy long guns because I was from an adjoining state but that I could not buy handguns.

Booked my flight last week. In on Friday, out on Sunday. Plan on spending a good 8 hours at the show on 10/21. I have been going for about 20 years and have purchased many guns from the show. Even if you live out of state you can still buy them and have them shipped to a local dealer for transger, avoid sales tax that way too. As others said, you can take long guns home with you.
