Someone told this was the last year that out of state gun purchases was going to be allowed at the Tulsa gun show? Being the largest gun show and buyers from all over the country do you think this is possible?

Well I asked about the Tulsa Gun show and I don't know how licensed dealers from Oklahoma can sell to out of state buyers without an FFL license??? But persons, collectors, selling in the aisles or their tables might get away with it???

An FFL can sell a long gun to an out of state buyer, just not handguns.

...or so-called "Other Firearms," e.g. stripped receivers, barreled actions, and pistol-grip-only shotguns. These are considered equivalent to handguns by the ATF.Armed_Chicagoan said:
