I let my wife talk me into a canoe trip, supposed to be a 3-1/2 mile float.
River was low, standing pool, rock dam, standing pool the entire way,
7 MILES that usually took 3-1/2 hours with current...
Always read the instructions yourself!
I don't do hand loaders anymore, bless you if you do!
I'm rarely resizing on one of those, but I do use one for seating bullets at the range all the time. It lets me do a load workup with pre-metered charges in plugged cases, then stop where I need to without having to pull down bullets seated at home. I also have a couple of sets of Lee Speed Dies I got for handgun load development at the range using that tool, but they've since been discontinued. Slow, but compact.
The stroke that pushes the case into the die is actually the easiest part, it's separating the handles that leaves bruises on your palms due to the design.
