Triple K magazine

I had purchased a magazine from Triple K for a specific firearm. The information provided one the web site was incorrect. After contacting Kurt (owner) by email he provided a response as follows;

Hi Rex,
I realized that the wrong description was entered on the web when I was answering your e-mail and updated it!
Please feel free to send the magazine back for an exchange. Please include this e-mail.
Thanks.
Kurt
After sending the magazine back, he now will not respond to e-mails and will not return my calls to discuss the issue.

Recommend to not due business with this company!

Triple K has had a monumentally bad reputation for High Standard magazines for years. For all I know, its other products may be acceptable, but after some of the stories I've heard and magazines I've seen, I've decided not to take a chance on the company.
