My Swalther came equipped w/ Trijicons - I love 'em. Cost was about $90 extra. Changing front sights is easily accomplished, but I don't know about rear. Cost will be about the same, maybe +/- $5 no matter where you buy them, so Don't spend too much time trying to save any more.
Meprosights are $20 or so cheaper, but I have no experience with them. I've heard arguements both for an against them, but Trijicon remarks have overwhelmingly been positive. I feel they were worth the additional $$$. Got 'em on my Sig 220 as well.
