Take a brass gunsmithing hammer and beat the sights out. Put the trijicons in and beat them into place. Not hard. Adjust the rear as needed, squaring up the front. Push rear left to push group left, right to push group right. You do not need an expensive sight pusher but might need a non marring brass punch. Easy.
