Trigger adjustment on Remmington 700

I have a 100th anniversary 30-06 ,but the trigger pull is tough ,I want to adjust it to a comfortable pull ,which screw does it ,I`am used to the simple Savage trigger adjustments

Actually there are two screws involved , and if you have to ask you aren't qualified to touch it!! IMHO

turn the screws

It's a no,no, I have a jig that I made back in the 60s that I still use today.
the contact point of the sear is criticle. if you want a lighter triger take it to a smith where you have jig to set up on. The screws should not be adjusted.
