If your talking about their camo dipping service, I did. I had an 870 Express done by them two years ago. They did a good job, but the clear coat started flaking off within a week of my getting it back.
I just hunted with it through the season, intending to send it back after. By the end of the season, big patches of clear coat were gone, and the old 870 looked like it had a skin condition. When I called to see about getting it taken care of, the guy in charge was on vacation and no one available was authorized to make a decision. I decided to heck with it, and rather than wait for the guy to come back, traded the 870 off.
The guy in charge was extremely helpful when I was asking him about the service in the first place, so I have no doubt he would have made it right.
