Okay, kiddies, y'all mind the Gunny, nicely, for a couple of weeks. I'm headed for the Big Iron Bird, tomorrow, to Deutschland. Gotta see if there are any gunshops down in Bavaria, along with the beer.

My son is proving the triumph of optimism over reality, trying on marriage another time. (I *do* hope he doesn't refer to her as his next ex-wife. :) )

He *is* on the 'Net, so be wise--I might be peeking in, occasionally...

Have a good and safe journey, buen viaje, bon voyage, all that sorta stuff. Best wishes to the lad and his bride.

All the best Art! The beer should be ok overall - as to gun shops you may care to nip over to nearby Switzerland... never did get a chance to explore the situation in Germany. Don't go about wearing 'lederhosen' at your place - you'll scare the hell out of them grouse.
Got a nephew thats been healthily married now - going on near two decades - that keeps referring to his good and legal lady as 'my present wife' - somehow it sems to work (or he catches hell back home, after- same efect though).
Hasta pronto y buen viaje -

By the way - where is Gunny and what is he up to anyway? over and out)

Art,

Have a GREAT TIME! Just don't come back with anything unpronounceable. ;)

> where is Gunny and what is he up to anyway?

Aaaa I'm here. Up to about 6' and still trying to gain weight.

Hope the "Big Iron Bird" flies well and lands softly. Hope the wedding is great too!

P.S. If ya have room in your bag you can stuff a few fraulines in it and drop em off here, will see how they mix in with the Cajun girls here. :D :D :D

Just remember things have progressed a bit from the days you, Will and Orville started out ;)
(running for cover)

Have a good and safe trip.

Hey! Made it one swell foop. In spite of weather over Charlotte!

German keyboards are arranged differently.

Not only that, Windows in German is different, too...

The beer is good. Oonly two brands, so far, but counting!
