If I live in Pennsylvania and happen to travel to Texas and am able to buy reloading supplies, can I legally carry primers and powder in my suitcase just as I would if the components were in were fully formed cartridges?
It does and much to my surprise, I got busted when was not carrying anything like this. It was picking up some kind of chemical or powder residue, off my jacket. Took a bit of time to clear it up before I got on my way. .....
