In California, if one doesn't have a car and one just bikes, walks, or takes public transit, is it still possible to transport a firearm and ammo to a range?
Wondering how it could be done? For example, I know there is open carry, unloaded, but does that apply when riding a bike or on public transit (I'm sure not).
I could not imagine a guy walking down the street with a shotgun slung over his shoulder, but how else could you get it there?
