training schools

If this subject has been covered, I'll appoligize now, but I seached and didn't really find anything to cover my question.

Is there a list on here that has, lets say, the top 5 or 10 practical training schools? Places like, Thunder Ranch, Blackwater, Frontsite.

I'm in Kentucky, and may be interested in finding one within a days drive.

I belive Blackwater falls into that distance.

Or Personal Defense Training, Inc. of Atlanta, Ga. at www.personaldefensetraining.com.

Those schools ought to give you plenty of training to chose from. I think every year in the spring Tom Givens of Rangemaster does training in the Louisville area someplace.

Tactical Defense Institute is just across the river in Ohio.

I've looked into their classes quite a bit, but haven't attended, so I can't attest to the quality of their training, but FWIW...
