Traditions Evolution Cap problems

Why wont the number 11 percusion cap stay on the nipple on my evolution. Is there a trick that i am missing or is there a different type that works?

Please help.

the cap is to big. traditions nipples seem to be longer than most. if you squezz the cap it will stay but u shouldnt have to do so.

If its too big use a size 10.

i am new to this but the nipple is a #11. so does that mean use #11 caps?

Sometimes the problem is with the size of the nipple and sometimes it's the brand of the cap.
Perhaps your nipple is undersized and a new replacement would fit better.
Or try a different brand or size of cap.

Smokin'Joe recently described a unique way to resize loose caps to fit better on nipple cones that are too small.
