Greetings, I want to trade my MP9 with someone for an MP45. I live in California and that person lives in Ohio. Well his MP45 has no mag disconnect, thus it's not listed on Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. However, it isn't a sale because there's no money involved, just a trade. Or is the trade considered a sale? Thanks in advance.
