Sounds like a fair deal from a dealer, who has to make a profit to eat.
You might possibly do better selling yours first and paying cash because he has to makes something on your gn to sell it. Your only decision is if you want to go through the trouble of selling it yourself.
I've thought of the same thing and decided that my Kimber Lt. Wt. Compact is really just as good for a carry gn. I got over the "wants". Now I have money to buy something else and still keep a Kimber.
