Trade Henry Golden Boy For Ruger Single Six?

Doubletapp

Just what the title says, I have a henry golden by .22lr that rarely gets shot. Would it be a fair trade for a Ruger single six in good condition? I don't know much about that revolver so your input would be kindly appreciated.

I agree with Buck, both value is about the same if in same condition. I'm more into double action revolvers but I do still enjoy the Single Six. This is my older convertible.

The Ruger Single Six is really several diferent guns: The original Three Screw Single Six, and the New Model Single Six, bot of which were available as "Super Single Sixes" with adjustable sights. And then there was a Vaquero version with color cased frame and the grooved topstrap rear sight. (Fixed sight Single Sixes have a dovetailed rear sight in sort of a flat top frame.)

Three Screw models, without the transfer bar conversion, bring a premium price, preferred by collectors and shooters alike.

I am getting a Single Six, but a lever action 22 is mandatory to put the cowboy feel together
