Sorry for the delay. I've been completely tied up writing magazine articles for the last couple of months. But I finally carved out some time to work on the rifle.

I had an old incomplete hawkens kit handed down to me by my grandfather. I have the stock, trigger/trigger guard, most of the action assembly, and the barrel. Am I looking at a good chunk of money to find a reproduction rod and various inlays it came with? I have the side plate with the hammer but being new to bp im unsure of how much is missing.
