Tough times for online suppliers?

How in the world are the big online suppliers of ammunition and reloading supplies like Midway, Grafs and Midsouth staying afloat these days? Their cash flow must have dropped off to a trickle, which makes it difficult to pay overheads, debt service, employee salaries and all the other expenses that have to be paid to maintain the business. A sales business can't last indefinitely without goods to sell, and the longer the supply crunch lasts, the more likely it is that some online suppliers will fold. It looks more and more likely that by panic buying, shooters and reloaders are shooting themselves in the foot.

A successful business will have cash reserves to ride out any storms that come along.

Right now the online dealers are depleting/selling everything they have in their warehouses. Orders are backed up for weeks. Good thing for them, bad for us.

I don't know about the others but midway sells so many different things that I imagine they are not feeling much pain. Every retail store I have been to lately had hundreds of pounds of powder and primers so I imagine the online suppliers are getting them as well they are just selling off that fast.

I would not worry about them to much.

By all accounts guns and ammo are still being produced and sold in record numbers so I'd expect the retailers are doing just fine.

I think they are doing better than ever. If not, they had a huge rush in Dec and Jan so if they are having trouble getting product to sell, the profits they made then should hopefully carry them through.
