.40. One shot stops on injured
deer, rabid raccoons etc.

I carry my Browning .40 most of
the time now but if I had to carry
my 9, I wouldn`t feel unarmed.

In my vast collection of calibers
.22, .380, 9mm, .45 The .40 briefly held a place. I had a BHP in .40. It jammed like crazy on FMJ it was terribly inaccurate. I gave it to a friend who loves it as a truck now that we worked out the jams. Had a G27. Have shot numerous .40 never really liked any. I kinda liked the Ported EAA I shot recently. I just dont mind the nine. In fact if I need more than the 9mm with 30 rounds of Gold Dots, I need a long gun in the worst way.
