Is Top Brass going under? I ordered 1000 pieces of 7.62 brass, they only delivered 500, nobody picks up the phone on the orders extension, it just rings and rings, and no reply to an email. In fact, their sales phone extension has been out of service since I started calling them going on 3 weeks ago.
