Took the LEGP out this morning and sent 150rds of Wolf ammo downrange. WOOO HOOO!!!!!! is it a SWEEEET shooting rifle
My work rifle a GUU5P (CAR 15 with M4 barrel) has a harder recoil and does not feel as good when shooting.
This is my first time for using a reflex 4 moa sight and while it took me a while to get accustomed to it I do like the OKO sight
However, it's a real pain sighting it in sitting on the tac handle, I sighted it in at 50M today and will do it again at 100M. Most likely I'll keep a 100M zero on the OKO sight. The A2 sight on the tac handle is in the way when I try and adjust the elevation screw. You can do it but I buggered up the screw as the screwdriver was not aligned properly. You also can not sight in the Tac handles A2 sight with the OKO mounted. The OKO sight does have a "emergency" battle sight but at 25M I was shooting at least 2 feet high using this sight. It will take some time playing around with the front sight post and Kentucky windage to feel comfortable using it.
Anybody want to come over and clean the LEGP for me Right now I've got Ballistol soaking in the chamber and on the carboned up bolt & carrier. This should be a good test of Ballistol to see how it works on a dirty rifle
