I received an extra set of wood furniture with the Belgian G1 from DSA. I love the look and feel of wood, so I just got the stuff out to look at and evaluate for refinishing. The wood is soaked in grease and the hardware is gone. I looked inside the buttstock cleaning kit holes and noticed some cleaning patches stuck way down inside. I used a dental pick to pull them out and discovered a note written in Turkish (best guess based on an internet search) on one of them. Anyone have a friend fluent in Turkish? The note is on one side and a list of 6 names on the other (squad maybe).

I was surfing over at the FAL files and there are some rumours over there about Turkish imports arriving here ( they are not too happy about it either.) Do you think this might be a confirmation of that rumour?:cool:
