Tonight on ABC 20/20

People like this are dageouse for us and the RKBA. They give us a bad name and are all to wiling to turn to bloodshed.
 
I'd be willing to bet a coupla cartons of tinnies this airs here in Perth, too, with much shaking of heads and "tut-tutting" and "only in America" BS.

Ten bucks says they (20/20) will use their typical extreme close-up and Joker's hide out camera techniques to make these guys seem twice as odd.

I see nothing wrong with his statement. Maybe if the point that there will be consequences is driven in, the other side will think twice, but probably not.

WHEN the nation’s police are more of a threat to
life, liberty and property than the so-called "common criminals"?

WHEN you must ask the state for permission to marry?

WHEN you cannot practice "free"-enterprise without being regulated, licensed and taxed by the government?

WHEN you will be jailed for contempt for exercising "Constitutional" rights without
some judge’s permission?

WHEN you must buy "freedom movement" or underground publications to learn the truth because the "controlled" media prints only one
party-line propaganda?

WHEN the state tells you when, where and how to build on your own property and even denies you the right to modify unless you ask their permission first?

WHEN America has more political prisoners under lock and key than any other nation in the world and is busy building "concentration camps" to house even more?

WHEN government knows every financial transaction you make and your private banking records are made available to their prying eyes without your knowledge or consent?

WHEN your President is more concerned about a One World Order than the sovereignty of the country he has sworn to protect?

WHEN government and the people have no common interest whatsoever and must live together in a state of perpetual hostility?

WHEN everything you and your children will ever own is mortgaged to the world’s bankers and collectible on demand?

WHEN you must pay a ransom to the state in the form of property taxes or be thrown out of "your" home?

WHEN our government keeps borrowing billions from the illegal Federal Reserve System which prevents our economy from growing by controlling the flow of money and creates and loans money into existence creating an unpayable national debt?

WHEN you have a two party political system where both parties are owned and operated by the one world order international banking element? No matter which party is elected citizens lose!

No! Dear Fellow American, if you think America is the land of the free you are living in a dream world and still believe in fairy tales! Wake up before it is too late! It almost is!
 
I caught some of it. They tried to make them seem like total lunatics, in most of what I saw. In others they look like you average joe. They also showed some video that they shot themselves were some idiots did a Drive by shooting, in a pickup truck at them... I was suprised that they didnt open fire on that truck. As they had EVERY right to. Just goes to show that while alot of people think what they are doing is "has a HUGE potienal for violence" they show that they will NOT be the aggressor if it comes down to that. I say just leave them alone.

OK, agreed that wasn't the smartest thing to say to a news crew. But could we control ourselves long enough to live with an ABC News camera crew for a couple of days without saying anything that they could edit into a stupid statement? Was this said in the middle of a conversation, or was it one of their famous segments where they go back and forth with short snippets of comments?

If anyone gives you a hard time about this line, just ask if they plan on going after the guy? Then ask what they would do if someone came after them and their family? Most people can be forced to admit that they too would carry out the man's threat--they're just scared to make the threat in the first place.

Ernest2, good post I wish most people thought like this, if they did we would'nt be in the shape we are. That's why I like this bb, after a day of listening to morons I can log on and realize there are a few real Americans left in this country.

Sport: What Ernest2 talks about is obvious. Forty percent fraud should be more like 60-65% after all the taxes. The 14th ammendment was never ratified by all of the states, yet we pay megabucks in income tax. What happens when you don't pay your property tax? The state gets your home, you get the boot. Best of all, this country now has a president whose only concern is the NWO. As someone on this board said once before, only in America does a draft dodger and liar sleep in the White House while a homeless vet sleeps in a cardboard box. If that does'nt really tick you off, I don't know what will.

There are alternatives. If you don't want to "pay the man," or put up with the B.S., you could go off and live in a shack in the woods ala Ted Kazinski, or become a box-car Willie, and ride the freights.

Unfortunately, if you want to enjoy the highways, homes, conveniences we have nowadays, your gonna have to pay the price, and abide by the rules.

Yep, but I vote so I have a right to complain. Sides, I pay over 48 cents per gallon to enjoy the highways that are full of potholes. My home I'm paying for myself, no government help there. And what conveniences do I have or use that government provides me for my tax dollars? I can think of none that personally benefit me. I can think of thousands that are an inconvience to me though. Am I going to go out and shoot someone over this, Hell no. But I am going to vote to change it. I am going to work on electing those who will change it. I will practice civil disobiedience. And by God I will complain to everyone who will listen.

Sport, I recently had to liquidate just about all of my business. I had an item that was given to me as a gift from a client that was worth a few thousand. Now, if it's a "corporate asset" and I sell it to raise cash for myself, I'm going to pay the following:
15% corporate tax on the asset, 5.6% sales tax, 28% federal income tax, 15.2% FICA and co-FICA tax, 6.93% state income tax. How the h*ll can I live on less than 30% of the proceeds of that sale?
