I have been trying to get in since 9:15 (computer problems delayed me) - never was able to. Glad we were winning before the system 'crashed'.

There was an opportunity to maybe EDUCATE some concerned women there, and we have wiseguys coming out with "_C_ommunicates _U_sing _N_o _T_hought" Jokes?? Yeah, there were some good folks with good information -- but they're not who the Moms are gonna remember, are they?

Call me elitest if you want, but I'd say that was a disaster.

Flame on, yadda yadda...

(and okay, so the C*NT joke was cute :)-- still wildly inappropriate for the venue and counterproductive)
 
See my other topic and you will see that I agree with you Kaylee. We did ourselves no favors. If that was kept on record, alot of people disgraced themselves as bullies and idiots.

I know people care deeply about this, but threats and insults do not an arguement make.

I did manage to get on - unfortunately I have to agree with you. A potentially good opportunity ruined by a few A**holes.
 
Darn, I should have stuck around after the system crashed. That type of nonsense is exactly why we are sterotyped the way we are. Would have loved to give them a perspective on responsible firearms ownership from a physician's viewpoint. We've got to drop the name-calling and hate-mongering attitude and argue our points sensibly. Otherwise, we lose the opportunity to recruit others to our cause.
