I ran across a company's webpage that loaded HP ammo in the 7.62x25 caliber. They used the Starline brass and a couple different brands of bullets. I seem to have lost the link, though. I've seen it posted here before, so maybe someone else can provide you with it.
As far as I know there is no "commercial" HP ammo available. I always planned on loading my own whenever I got around to buying dies and some S&B ammo so I'd have some reloadable brass. One of these days...
