Toilet Papering

Trees in this area are frequently tee peed. I have an idea similar to the leftist idea for gun control. Register toilet paper purchasers and limit purchases to four rolls per month per person. Also the paper would have a water mark with a serial number, so the paper that ends up in the trees could be traced back to the original purchaser. What do ya think?

why not, it's been done with kids buying spray paint in certain cities, in an effort to cut down on graffiti.

But, everybody *knows*, there's no gun "registration" in the US....they just write down every bit of info about you and every bit of info about your new gun purchase, and send it to the local PD! What's the harm in that?

TN, How do you read the serial numbers on the paper if it rains? Cause that is the best time to do it, right before a storm.
