TN To Expand Castle Doctrine To Businesses

A new TN state law passed unanimously by the state congress would expand the already established Castle Doctrine to include protection by the law of business owners and their employees when deadly force is used to protect themselves. Here's the link:

Well it's a good deal they got going there.

But with that said. If people would just learn some common sence and repsect for other people none of these laws about a person being able to protect his own property would be neccesary.

But back in reality now.....

I think the above mentioned law is a good deal.
