Time to replace snap caps???

I have a few of those clear, red snap caps with the brass looking base for 9, 40, and 45. They are made by Armsport I believe with the spring in the middle. After dry firing only about 75 times, I noticed there is an indention in the "primer" as deep as a normal primer hit. Does this mean the snap caps are no longer useful for their intended purpose? Is there a way I can fill in the little hole caused by the firing pin? Any help is appreciated, as usual.

I have those snap caps too. I don't think the indentions mean you have to replace it. I would think if the cap developed a crack in the body I would replace it. Anybody else know?

They should be good for life, unless the plastic casing or spring breaks. The little spring inside of the cap pushes the fake primer out just enough so that the striker or firing pin can impact it.

Thanks for the responses. I'm using the 9mm (the one with the deepest indentions) on a Sig 226, Witness, and P95, the 40 on a Sig 229, and the 45 on a Kimber.
